Lampron Transport Website Redesign (UX/UI Case Study Overview)
Lampron Transport is a Canada-based transportation and logistics company. I redesigned their digital presence with a focus on clarity, accessibility, and service-focused user journeys. The goal was to modernize their brand image and deliver a website that feels trustworthy, structured, and efficient—matching the expectations of a service-driven industry.
Brand & Visual Direction
The design system uses a clean blue-and-white palette associated with reliability and safety—common values in the transportation sector. Key design elements include:
Large, readable typography optimized for fast scanning
High-contrast components for clear calls to action
Rounded containers and modern shadows to give the brand a friendly yet professional appearance
Consistent iconography to communicate services quickly and visually
The visual direction supports the company’s identity: dependable, transparent, and customer-oriented.
UX/UI Structure & Component System
The website prioritizes simplicity, quick access to essential actions, and a seamless mobile experience. I created a modular component system that includes:
Service cards for instant understanding of transport offerings
Action shortcuts (quote request, call button, reservation, Google reviews) designed for minimal friction
A structured hero section with a strong value proposition and primary CTA
Carousel informational blocks to explain advantages and benefits clearly
Each component follows consistent spacing, grid rules, and interaction behavior, ensuring a unified user experience across the entire layout.
User-Centered Design Decisions
Because logistics clients often come with purposeful intent, the interface was designed to support:
Fast navigation to key services
Clear hierarchy of information
Reduced cognitive load on both desktop and mobile
Trust-building through visuals and layout
Special focus was placed on reducing the number of clicks needed to reach a conversion action.
Design Goals
The redesign aimed to create a digital presence that is:
Structured and reliable — reflecting the nature of transport and logistics
Highly functional — prioritizing user flows over decoration
Conversion-driven — built to increase inquiries and online submissions
Responsive and lightweight — ensuring fast load times and usability on all devices
Lampron Transport’s website demonstrates my ability to translate business needs into a practical, user-focused digital product, supported by a consistent design system and clear UX logic.
